The Shaquille O’Neal Foundation (TSOF) creates pathways for underserved youth, helping them achieve their full potential through access to education, mentorship, and community resources. To further this mission, TSOF is developing the Shaquille O’Neal Youth Complex, a 33,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility – estimated at $24 million in the heart of Clark County.

Leveraging both Nevada State ($22.4M) and Federal ($10M) NMTC financing to support the development, the Complex will be operated by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada and Communities In Schools Nevada. The campus will also feature an early childhood center, 54,000 sq. ft. Multi-Sports Field sponsored by the Las Vegas Raiders, Mixed Martial Arts & Boxing Center sponsored by UFC, and CIS Alumni Center for mentoring, job training, and leadership development – made possible in part by the Elaine P. Wynn & Family Foundation.
