Our mission is to develop structured finance solutions for businesses and real estate development projects which produce positive economic returns for investors and stakeholders, as well as create social and environmental returns for the community.

Since Classic Lake was founded in 2014, we have deployed over $900 million of investments using tax credits, grants, bonds, and various debt and equity structures.

One Southside

Southside Community Health Services, a Minneapolis Federally-Qualified Health Center, provides culturally responsive healthcare to over 11,000 low-income patients annually. Classic Lake facilitated $29.5 million in NMTC financing to help fund the construction of One Southside to expand medical, dental, vision, and behavioral health services for their predominantly BIPOC community.
